Payday at Last!

Friday was payday, hence the reason I have been completely unavailable online to pretty much everyone. Instead I've been doing the only sensible thing to do post-pay day (after figuring how much is going on rent and bills), and went drinking. Two hangovers later; yes I went out Friday night, worked Saturday and then went out Saturday night; and here I am. Finally able to put up a picture of what I wore out on Friday night:

I had time to come home quickly after work to change, thankfully, so I left on my skirt (Marks and Spencers), but folded it up so it was thigh-high rather than knee length. I then chucked on my lace top (H&M) that I'm still totally in love with, months after getting; added to it my strapless bra (Debenhams) and my black sheer cardigan (Uniqlo) and I was set for the night. I also wore my ever faithful heels (Faith) that I seem to live in for nights out at the moment. It had to be said, I felt pretty good in it, and I didn't get too cold either, which is always a win in England!

Last night I didn't have the joys of being able to go home to change, so had to do it at work in the loos (oh so classy, yeah?). Due to this, I couldn't get a picture - I got enough weird looks going into a cubicle in black skirt and top and coming out in my dress - but I wore my new dress. The one I blogged about a couple of weeks ago. I wore it in basically the same way as that picture, just adding to it that sheer cardigan. I'm pretty sure I'm going to ruin this cardigan out of over-use!

Anyway, I won't stop for more now, I need to do some food shopping, make some calls and go and collect clothes from my work locker that I left there yesterday. So much to do, so little time, but oh so worth it.
