This is the Latte Macchiato I'm currently slurping on in one of the new glasses I got for Christmas, I just wanted to share the prettiness of it after it's started to settle :)
So my first blog of the New Year, and it's going to be as scatty as ever - let's start the year as we mean to go on. I epically failed, as usual, at taking outfit pictures whilst I was away in London, so we won't bother with that...
I also did lots of dragging boyfriend around the shops with me and purchased 3 more things to add to my already full wardrobe. No doubt the new purchases will make themselves shown on the blog over the next few days, including today.
This is the new dress I bought in the Topshop sale. It's from one of their concessions, Illustrated People, and it's really comfy. I threw it over my striped top (primark) for a more laid back (and warm!) look. I also chucked on a pair of tights (Debenhams) to keep my legsies warmish. In fact I'm just having a quick of Illustrated People's website, and I think I may have to look into purchasing some more of their stuff in future. Sexy stuff indeed.
So I hope everyone had a good New Year's. I certainly did wondering the streets of London with a couple of mates and drinking a bit much and having a laugh. We brought in the New Year watching the fireworks that were round the London Eye, from near Buckingham Palace which was groovy. And to make the night even more perfect, as we walked back to the tube station, it began to snow. The weather forecasters weren't kidding when they said to wrap up warm for the night - it was bloody freezing, and needless to say, I wasn't dressed practically!
I think these pictures basically sum up the whole night. I can't remember the last time I smiled so much, and let people capture my smiles on film (well, memory card, same diff).
