Here's a lot of outfit pictures that I made whilst sorting through my wardrobe...
Today I was planning on wearing the Topshop dress that I always seem to wear at the moment, so I decided to pop it on with shorts (Primark) just for fun to see what it looked like. I quite like it actually =]

I also decided to try doing the grungy-goth-girl-with-tailoring look by chucking on my boyfriend blazer (Florence + Fred @ tesco). I think that with a pair of tights chucked on, this outfit could almost definitely be a win...
Now, this was given to me a while ago by some one who was clearing out their wardrobe.... It's actually a skirt. But I don't do skirts that aren't above the knee, so being the amazing person I am *tch, yeah right*, I decided to put it on as a dress and belt it with this amazing freebie belt I got when I went to Clothes Show Live in 2007. Definitely a winner for a night out I'd like to think. And a far nicer way to wear the skirt, in my opinion anyway.
Now with this one, I was messing around with a tutu type skirt I have and putting my tartan skirts over the top... Then I realised that this aged 14 skirt I have doesn't fit anymore properly *boo hoo*, unless I wear it above my hips which is something I never normally do. None the less, I love this skirt (New Look or Tammy @ BHS - can't remember which) too much to throw away, so I whipped off the tutu thing and shoved on and tucked in a white shirt (Topshop) (again, something I never do)... add to it a belt (from a friend) to just cinch the waist, and I actually quite liked the achieved look. I'm thinking this one may be a winner for when I go to London, but more about that later...
Finally, I decided I wanted to be a pirate. Well actually, I want to be a pirate ninja, but then I'd never be able to put pictures of myself up because a true ninja never shows themselves, so I decided to just settle with pirate-y.
Again, I had this skirt (I think I actually bought this one somewhere) that was below the knee and I had gone off now... So I decided to make it into a dress. I have also put it with the belt I used on the other dress for a more going-out-y type outfit... however I realised that with my black leggings (H&M) it looked a bit pirate-esque. So I grabbed my grey striped top (Primark) and carefully put it on underneath. Then I dug out my wide black belt and placed that around my waist and became the chicest pirate around with my knee high boots (Matalan).
Win? I think so.
Now, as I mentioned earlier, I'm going to London on Wednesday. I know I do this a lot, but this is not for a drinking session or a shopping session or anything like that. No, I'm looking at going to college to do a Pre-Apprenticeship Training Course which is required before embarking on an apprenticeship in Bespoke Tailoring.
I'm certainly keen to find out more and think it may well be the thing for me. However, if I decide it's not, then I shall be off traipsing around the shops, but not shopping - nu-uh. Job hunting. I've decided it's well and truly time to get my ass out of Oxfordshire and working properly towards what I want to do with my life.
Will try to keep here up to date a bit more, but I'll probably fail epically again for a while. Apologies in advance.
