As Promised...

Here's a post with things I'm lusting after from my Harper's Bazaar mag, and now my Vogue which Mum picked up for me this morning because somebody *coughMEcough* forgot to renew subscription in time to get it sent out, so had to buy this issue.
WARNING: TOWARDS THE END OF THIS POST, THERE IS A SCARY PICTURE OF A MAN'S FOOT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Don't cry if it scares you, just press Alt + F4 and it will run away. :)

It's always good to see that when buying magazines, we're getting the same adverts in each. Both of March's editions for Vogue and Harper's Bazaar open with the same advert for Louis Vuitton and then seem to follow the same pattern most of the way through in terms of advertisements.
It's also good to see that we're paying £3.99 (Harper's Bazaar) and £4.00 (Vogue) for advert free magazines. Tch yeah right.
Sh*t, how much? I'm glad I don't pay cover price with subscriptions...

Anyway, here's some pretty pictures of what I'm lusting after:
Dear Diary, can you give me lots of money to buy these things? And the motivation to get more of a model-like physique.
So first up, this gorgeous piece by Louis Vuitton. I think it's a dress but in all honesty, I'm not sure. Fail much? But yes, I want! The tartan cups on the top; the nod towards underwear as outwear and the gorgeous skirt on it. OMGosh, it's gorgeous, has to be said. I'd happily where it everywhere. It may not be appropriate for everyday, but quite frankly, am I bovvered? =]
Next up is the jacket by Dior. I just adore how structured it is. I also like the fact you can wear it as a Spring coat, or you can wear it as part of a suit-like outfit. Yes, I know my descriptions are fantastic - not. I'm not so keen on how sexed up they've made the model - the sexual glare more than anything, but I like that it reminds me of the 40s for some reason, with the red lips and wavy hair.
Then these boots/sandals/shoe/feet-covering-devices by Gucci.
All I can say is YUM! Now I know my boyfriend (in his classy as ever way) would have no hesitation in calling these "knee high f*ck me boots" and maybe they are a bit far on the sexual side. But I'm sorry, I just think they're gorgeous.

Next up we have this ensemble from Chanel. Not a massive fan of the whole thing all together, definitely don't like the hat and cow girl, "yehaw!" atmosphere to her outfit, I do, however, love the boots and tights. I also like the dress, as long as I don't look at it in too much detail, just a quick glance from a distance and it's beautiful. Perhaps it would be as beautiful in reality as well; but if I look at it in the picture for too long and in too much detail, I'm not such a fan. Finally! Something by Burberry I like. On principle I usually dislike anything by Burberry as it's associated with chavs, and the school I went to you were either a chav, an emo, a geek or a popular... and occasionally a mixture of two. I will be the first to admit I was in the emo clan. Fail much? But yes, I digress. I love the structural aspects of this coat. And Emma Watson modelling it makes it all the better.
I have nothing fashion related to say about this picture below. I just wanted to say; Look how Prettyyyyyy. *drool*

D&G, I ♥ you! The Mini and Mickey mouse shirt; nothing else in this picture, just the tee. Need I say anymore? I think
Do you think this may be by Celine perhaps? I adore this skirt. I never used to like high waisted things for myself; however; I'm slowly coming around to the idea of it in the form of skirts.... I don't think the colour of this skirt would suit me as I'm far too pale for it; but perhaps in another colour it'd look pretty.

Finally we have this gorgeous dress by DSquared2. I'm not entirely sure why I love it so much, i just do. Even the creepy crawlies going up across the chest. Yum!And to finish this piece, I think I may have mentioned at some point that I bought some new nail varnish in a gorgeous neon pink, burn-your-eyes-out colour. I have covered my own toe nails and finger nails in it, and so merrily jumped on my boyfriend and painted both his big toe nails. Ultimate win for me? I think so.
Isn't the colour gorgeous? His feet are not, I know, but the colour of the varnish is.

I've yet to decide if I should be worried that he didn't bother to remove it for 3 days, even though I offered him varnish remover..

Anyway, I'm out tonight and will return home tomorrow. Can't guarantee a next blogging date, so just watch this space =]
Have a good weekend
