Make Me Cinderella

Dear Diary;
I found a new website today.
Well, okay, my Mum found a new website today in the paper and told me about it.
Okay, I don't think it's a new, new website; but it's new to me.
Whatever, you get my drift.

Anywho, it's called Cinderella Me. Have a looky here.
The basic idea? Fallen in love with a pair of designer heels, but can't afford the matching price tag for the few times you'll be able to wear them? Well then rent them for 7 days at a fraction of the cost.
It's all rather simple really; you sign up (for a small fee of £9.95 from what I can gather), pick the shoes you want and enter the necessities. They then FedEx them out to you the day after everything's been processed and you have 4 hours to try them on (on a carpeted surface) to confirm they fit. If they don't you email Cinderella Me pronto and they arrange for FedEx to pick the shoes back up, and don't charge you rental fee.
If they do fit, however, you snip off the security tag thing and the shoes are yours for 7 whole glorious days. Two days before your time is up, they email you to remind you of the remaining time, you give them a call and arrange pick up, and they sort the rest. Nice Mr. FedEx man then comes and collects shoes from where ever you've arranged, and whisks them away.
No doubt, it'll be a horrible feeling to have to give back such beautiful shoes, but seeing as prices start from around £45 (from what I can gather) for shoes that usually cost £400 and skywards... I'd say it's a bit of a bargain.

If hygiene's a worry, there's an explanation on their website of how they keep the shoes hygienic etc.

So, what wonderful brands do they do?
The main ones are, obviously, Jimmy Choos and Christian Louboutin; followed by Alexander McQueen (R.I.P) and Dior.
They also do a few other brands including Chanel, Dolce and Gabbana, and also Gucci, along with a few others.
It's definitely worth a browse, in my opinion, and you can even rent handbags to complete your outfit.

I'll definitely plan to rent some things from there in the future, but for now I am far too poor. So if some one would like to rent me out the Jimmy Choo Jela Satin shoes (£55 p.w. as opposed to £485 RRP) or the Jimmy Choo Cosmo bag (£35 p.w. as opposed to £495 RRP), then I'll love you for all eternity.
I would put in pictures of them if their website would allow me to steal them and link through to them; but they won't, so it's their loss.

Also, please note I have received nothing for doing this post; I did it entirely of my own free will, and in all honest Cinderella Me probably don't know me from Adam, nor do they probably care.
Have a good evening.
Skins tomorrow, so biiiiiig post about last week's episode and this week's episode.
